Self Portrait… Sort of

I have never liked the idea of drawing myself, so, when asked to make something that is a representation of me, I made this. I admit I looked online for inspiration, and found a similar graphic, that piece that I found influenced me to make this. By way of explanation, I feel I should share that I am well known for being prone to accident, hence the bandages 🙂

Having studied abroad in Italy this past year, my love for art and being an artist has exploded, and I am graduating in spring 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Art and Visual Communications and a minor in Art History from Utah Valley University. The vast majority of my work is done digitally, but every once in a while I work analogue with oil paint, ink, clay, or pencil. I am a freelance artist/illustrator living and working in Salt Lake City, Utah.
