A friend asked me to make a few digital paintings for her to work from and make analogue paintings from. They were fun to make.

About Rachel

Having studied abroad in Italy this past year, my love for art and being an artist has exploded, and I am graduating in spring 2016 with a bachelor's degree in Art and Visual Communications and a minor in Art History from Utah Valley University. The vast majority of my work is done digitally, but every once in a while I work analogue with oil paint, ink, clay, or pencil. I am a freelance artist/illustrator living and working in Salt Lake City, Utah.

    Nice paintings Rachel – really nice skies throughout and I especially love the trees in the second one!
